Senpai Learn actively seeks novel learner-centric approaches to enhance students' educational experiences. Here, we present to you our organic chemistry package of projects, affectionately named “Senpai Learns OrgoChem”! With Scheidekunst*, using column chromatography as our separation technique, our “Senpai Learns OrgoChem” projects flow through the column, separating based on the categories “Game-based learning, “Learning community” and “Lab videos”. There are certain projects that are themed into more than one category, such as “ChemCharades”, which centres under both “Game-based learning” and “Learning community”. The projects then give “pure products” (at the bottom of the column) of Education, Mentorship and Empowerment, which are Senpai Learns’ values. Through these projects, we aim to make Organic Chem education engaging and fulfilling.
